Fantastic Mr. Fox film screening after Burnside Music Series!

The Downtown Providence Parks Conservancy and Providence Children’s Film Festival present a FREE screening of Wes Anderson’s animated film Fantastic Mr. Fox, based on the Roald Dahl book. The event kicks off with the Burnside Music Series + Beer Garden for grown-ups and play at the brand-new Brandon’s Beach Playground for kiddos. At dusk, a giant movie screen lights up with the world premiere of PCFF’s Stop Motion Heroes, a super-short film created in one afternoon by children at Kidoinfo’s Art in the Park program.

4:30-7:30pm  Burnside Music Series + Beer Garden featuring The ‘Mericans (5:30-6:30), DJ Analog Underground, and the Trinity Beer Garden (open until 9pm). Kids can play all evening on the new Brandon’s Beach Playground and enjoy Fantastic Fox art-making, face painting, games and hot popcorn!
