Grown Ups Only Benefit

A BENEFIT IN SUPPORT OF PROVIDENCE CHILDREN’S FILM FESTIVAL PROGRAMMING

A Special Evening of Shorts: Saturday, April 8 from 6:30pm – 9:00pm
6:30 pm, drinks/appetizers followed by screening
@ Providence Athenaeum, 251 Benefit St., Providence

Don’t miss this once-a-year screening to support the Providence Children’s Film Festival’s curated film programming from around the globe! For all of us adults who love the Festival as much as the children do, Eric Bilodeau, Director of Programming, will lightheartedly showcase what he calls “the best of the worst”—submitted films that left us wondering how ANYONE might have thought they were appropriate for young viewers. It’s an eclectic mix, ranging from movies with mature themes to films that make one slap their forehead in disbelief. Nothing dull here! This enjoyable evening is co-hosted by Lindsay Shaw of the Providence Athenaeum. Guests will enjoy a complimentary wine bar curated by Campus Fine Wines, scrumptious appetizers from Delsie Catering & Events and handmade delicious desserts by Kristin Walcott-Matthews (The Cupcakerie).

Don’t miss this annual Benefit Film Event! Seating is limited at the atmospheric Athenaeum. Tickets for this entertaining evening are $55. Don’t miss out—buy yours today!
