Eric Bilodeau foi promovido a Diretor Art\u00edstico, e Rachel Colaiace se juntar\u00e1 \u00e0 organiza\u00e7\u00e3o como Diretora Administrativa em 1\u00ba de julho.<\/p>\n<p>Eric ingressou no PCFF como Diretor de Programa\u00e7\u00e3o logo ap\u00f3s a funda\u00e7\u00e3o do festival e, durante a \u00faltima d\u00e9cada, fez a curadoria de uma programa\u00e7\u00e3o excepcional que inspirou o p\u00fablico. Ele traz mais de 30 anos de experi\u00eancia para sua nova fun\u00e7\u00e3o de diretor art\u00edstico. Eric foi copropriet\u00e1rio e operador do Cable Car Cinema por 18 anos e tamb\u00e9m atuou como Diretor de Programa\u00e7\u00e3o do Newport International Film Festival. Al\u00e9m de seu trabalho como diretor art\u00edstico do PCFF, Eric tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 o programador de filmes infantis do Martha's Vineyard Film Festival e consultor de festivais do International Kids Film Festival of India. Em seu \"tempo livre\", ele fundou o Cricket Cinema em 2015, especializado em realizar exibi\u00e7\u00f5es ao ar livre do PCFF e de outros programas de cinema de primeira linha.<\/p>\n<p>\"Programar filmes para mentes jovens tem sido a programa\u00e7\u00e3o mais exigente que j\u00e1 fiz, mas tamb\u00e9m a mais gratificante. Tenho visto como crian\u00e7as de todas as idades respondem a narrativas muito desafiadoras da maneira mais positiva poss\u00edvel. Estou muito feliz por me tornar Diretor Art\u00edstico do PCFF, onde continuarei com a programa\u00e7\u00e3o de alta qualidade do PCFF, mas tamb\u00e9m oferecerei oportunidades de alfabetiza\u00e7\u00e3o midi\u00e1tica para ajudar as mentes jovens a controlar, em vez de apenas consumir, a m\u00eddia visual com a qual s\u00e3o bombardeadas diariamente\", comentou Eric.<\/p>\n<p>Rachel Colaiace chega \u00e0 PCFF como diretora administrativa com quase 20 anos de experi\u00eancia em eventos e capta\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos.
