Em 2013, ela teve a oportunidade de viajar para Melbourne, Austr\u00e1lia, para a confer\u00eancia da SPA (Screen Producers Australia) para falar sobre <em>Vila S\u00e9samo<\/em> parceria com uma produtora australiana para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do videoclipe live action \u201c5 Kangaroos\u201d, que contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de uma das maiores estrelas pop da Austr\u00e1lia, Jessica Mauboy.<\/p>\n<p>Antes de ingressar no <em>Vila S\u00e9samo<\/em> fam\u00edlia, Kim foi produtora por mais de 11 anos. Ela passou a maior parte de sua carreira como produtora de televis\u00e3o diurna, trabalhando para a Telepictures, NBC e Paramount Pictures, e produzindo v\u00e1rios talk shows diurnos nacionais, incluindo <em>The Queen Latifah Show, The John Walsh Show<\/em> e <em>O Montel Williams Show.<\/em> Sua experi\u00eancia permitiu que ela ajudasse a realizar os sonhos dos telespectadores, reunir membros da fam\u00edlia e auxiliar jovens a lidar com quest\u00f5es como bullying, v\u00edcios e racismo.
