SUMMARY:Special Effects Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Interact with professional makeup artist\, Kara Andrews from Art on the spot\, as she demonstrates a variety of techniques for creating wounds and other dramatic features used in films. Participants may craft their own tale of how the wound came to be as well as ask Kara questions throughout the process. Each attendee will leave a little scarred (in a way that washes off) as well as with a lot more knoweldge and appreciation for the art of special effects makeup! \n  \n$20 online registration \n$30 walk-in registration \n11:30 – 1:00 (90 Minute workshop) \nGilder Center for the Performing Arts\, Wheeler School \n  \n
