DESCRIPTION:The Providence Children’s Film Festival visits Providence parks on Wednesdays this August! Bring a blanket or chairs to enjoy family-friendly movies under the stars. Local musicians/artists will warm up the crowd with performances before the screen lights up at dusk with a special curated reel of international short films originally shown at past Festivals. \nFor all ages. SUMMARY:Build a Better World This Summer!
DESCRIPTION:This summer\, Providence Children’s Film Festival presents teen film workshops at ten libraries throughout Rhode Island as part of the Rhode Island Office of Library & Information Services 2017 Summer Reading Program: Build A Better World. \nThe PCFF summer program is much more than watching movies. Teen participants will learn about the language of film and participate in creating their own film project that shares their voices about how they might “build a better world”.
